Bespoke residential dwelling within the Manorside self-build development at Wynyard, Co. Durham.

WB Engineers were responsible for the design and production of construction details for the foundations and superstructure. The proposed layout provides vaulted ceilings at first and second floors with a vaulted roof require design of steelwork timber rafters.

Fabricated lintels were designed with posts where required to suit the full height glazing panels together with steelwork and connection design for the first-floor covered balcony above the corner bi-fold door opening at ground floor.
