Kyle Sutcliffe

Director
Kyle is a chartered structural and civil engineer. He has extensive knowledge and experience in providing clients with solutions on challenging structural engineering developments. Kyle has worked on a diverse range of projects, from multi-site residential schemes, bespoke luxury newbuilds and multi-bay portal frame steelwork structures, to single storey orangeries and garden rooms. Kyle particularly enjoys meeting new clients and forming relationships built on trust and honesty. He has an open and friendly nature allowing him to get on well with both clients, contractors and all involved from the initial design process through to the project completion.
Daniel Spires
Apprentice Engineer
Dan is currently undertaking the newly created engineering apprenticeship scheme following the successful completion of the Civil Engineering BTech, he has a natural understanding of structures and quickly grasps the supporting mechanisms and structural forms.
Mehrdad Namdari

Engineer
Mehrdad is a senior structural engineer with over ten years experience. He has been involved in the design of multi-storey steel framed buildings and car parks and is skilled in the design of all main structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber. Mehrdad enjoys working with clients and strives to exceed their expectations. In addition to retail and industrial buildings, he has experience in the design of steel structures extending all the way to marine structures that demand stringent requirements.
Outside of work Mehrdad enjoys watching movies and football matches as well as socialising with friends and visiting new places.

Ethan Brown

Ethan has recently graduated from Newcastle University with an MEng in Civil and Structural Engineering. He began his journey with WB Engineers with a summer placement after his 3rd year and continued working remotely during his master’s degree to enhance his practical knowledge before transitioning to full-time work. Currently, Ethan is actively working towards his IStructE chartership and is interested in expanding his expertise in designing steel frames, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Will Delderfield
Apprentice Engineer
After successfully completing his GCSE’s, Will joined WB Engineers in September 2024 on a Civil Engineering Apprenticeship. Will is looking forward to gaining work based knowledge and experience to compliment his college learning as he looks to become an Engineer.
