WB Engineers Ltd working with JC Consulting in providing the structural design and detailing for the extremely creative hub for residents use at the new residential development in Birmingham.

The aim was to provide an aesthetically pleasing area that can be used by residents and bring the local community together.

The structure is formed from a series of timber and glulam members adopting traditional timber connections as well as manufactured steel connectors that are hidden.
